One day Chrismas show for a good cause.  Good friends, jewelry, Sallys vintage plates, Lindas peppers and such.  My candles and scented treasures and a lovely shop in howland Our Favorite Things to name a few.

Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

It is alittle cold out and want to make soup.  Might try to make soup every weekend.  This recipe is for a WW Stuffed Green Pepper Soup.  My family gave it a thumbs up......................

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 cup diced onion, fresh or frozen
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 cups chopped green peppers
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 cups water
1 tbl. beef bouillon
1 cup cooked brown rice

Brown beef and onion.  Place in slow cooker with the remaining ingredients on low for 6-8 hours.  or place in large soup pot and simmer 1 hour. 
makes 12-cups
1 cup = 3 points plus values

Something I did different is I used ground turkey and gave it a dash of hot sauce and dash of cheese.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

Just made some Weight Watcher pumpkin muffins.  They are really good and the big ones are only 2 points.

1 dry Spice Cake Mix
15 oz can of Pumpkin (not pie filling)
1/2 cup water
1 cup Hershey Cinnamon Chips
(found these at Rulli Bros.)

Mix ingredients and put in cupcake papers
Bake per box cupcake recipe

1 regular cupcake = 2 points plus
1 mini cupcake = 1 Point plus
